Performance Livestock Analytics (PLA) is seeking an agile, action-oriented Customer Success Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for our inbound customer support. You'll be the primary point of communication between the PLA business and our customers, building relationships and providing the highest level of support to all teams within the company.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of inbound customer support and actively follow-up with our sales and customer success teams. They will have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills with strong situational awareness for each customer. We're looking for someone who's self-motivated and tech-savvy. This is a great role for a recent college grad or those who are just starting their careers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound customer support calls and emails
  • Problem-solve to provide detailed solutions to customer questions and concerns
  • Be an expert of our software in order to effectively troubleshoot any functionality within the platform
  • Effectively use Hubspot CRM for documentation and communication
  • Actively communicate with sales and customer success managers about customer concerns and product expansion opportunities
  • Build advocates among existing customer base
  • Create and manage elevated support tickets as needed
  • Assist sales and customer success managers to grow territory adoption
  • Conduct day to day activities with our core values in mind (see below)

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred 
  • Exceptional relationship-building and problem-solving skills
  • Technically capable with strong situational awareness 
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Cattle experience and agriculture background desired
